  1. +Sara Shagiwal I sent you a private message, as I could not tag you or
reply to you here for some reason. Hope you see it.

  2. Thanks so much, Jessica Mendoza. Sorry, wish I could tag you or reply to
you directly, but it seems you have your commenting turned off.

  3. +Eva Madelief – Cool. I’ve never seen that technique on nails!

  4. +Launa Tenan Hi, I could not respond to you directly (or tag you) on this
channel page for some reason, so I’m responding here. Hope you check back
to see this. I could work up a baby shower doily design, but I shoot my
videos in big blocks and am fully shot through October or November. If I do
a baby shower doily, it probably wouldn’t be for a few months. But I’ll put
it on the “request list” for possible future videos! Thanks for the
    suggestion! :)

  5. +l harrison Good idea; I only wrap 6″ cakes in the videos because they can
take a while. When doing these on larger tiered cakes, I also always start
with the smallest tier and work my way up, to make sure I’m in the groove
by the time I hit the larger cakes. :)

  6. Thanks so much, +chandra reed

  7. +Debbie Taylor-Lilly I have no idea why I can’t tag you, so frustrating.
Anyway, I hope you see this. This is a really good question. I don’t have
the cones all ready to go at the start; I don’t like to bag too far in
advance, because it’s important to use the chocolate at a just-melted
temperature to minimize the chance of “bloom” and to ensure the best flow.
So I have the chocolate all melted and sitting over simmering water on the
stove to start. Then as I need a color, I portion off the white chocolate
that I need into another bowl, tint it, put it in the cone, and then
immediately pipe. The “reservoir” of white chocolate goes back on the
double boiler until I am ready for the next color.

maravillosas que tu sabes hacer. Que Dios te bendiga siempre

  17. I really Love this. Your videos are fantastic!

  18. The piping looks difficult to freehand so I will draw a deisign and trace

  19. Woa, I love this – such a creative way to decorate a cake. I has wondering
which brand of colouring you used and whether you prepare all of your
pipping bags before starting your pipping or as you go along and need the
    colour? Cheers

  20. Thank you very much for this tutorial. For my daughters birthday I wanted
to make a really impressive cake. I used your technique with baking paper
(which worked surprisingly well). My daughter and our guests liked it very
much and I have received a lot of compliments.
    I love your videos

  21. woau, this is amazing 🙂 to be honest, I have no skills in doing cakes, but
I love to watch your videos, your voice and talent are so relaxing :)

  22. Could you use the solid shortening for thinning the chocolate, will that
make it greasy? I love your work and your patience is envied :)

  23. all my hollyhocks are full of holes from, I’m guessing, aphids 🙁 Do you
put anything on yours to deter pests??

  24. That was such a relaxing video to watch. And such a stunning designed
wrap. Can I ask, what type or flavour of cake do you typically make for
these types of cakes? Is it better to go for just a plain vanilla sponge
as the chocolate decoration gives it the added flavour or can you use any
flavour you like? Loved watching these tutorials. You are a talent, for
    sure. Lee x
