• We want you to know that we place more salt on the turtles than needed because we know that some crystals will fall off during shipping. We also know that each customer prefers a different amount of salt, so we use large crystals to make it easier to roll the salt off the turtle. This way every customer can adjust the amount of salt to their individual preference.
• Each individual turtle is made with our own caramel from a recipe developed over the years. The turtles are handmade, so they vary in size and weight. We do not use preservatives in our chocolates, so the turtles are placed in a sealed plastic bag to stay fresh. Our chocolates will remain fresh for 4 months in the plastic bag or any sealed container.

• Our Nostalgic White Box holds one pound of Chocolate Caramel Pecan Turtles. Each turtle is made by hand, is larger and thicker than most turtles and therefore varies in size and weight. There are 12 - 16 turtles in our one pound box.
