This isn’t just chocolate bars, its chocolate syrup too. So there goes your
chocolate shake at McDonald’s and mocha frappachino at Starbucks too. I
can’t live without Starbucks, I’ll need a rich sponsor to start my own
militia to fight local militias, and stop these guys one plantation at a
time.
The subtitles are nearly impossible to read.
These areas need birth control if the parents care so little about their
children.
‘Ali’ is a Muslim name an Ali looks of Middle Eastern descent. The Koran
says Muslims can lie to non-Muslims and can take slaves.
Respect for this man, for showing us what this people do to this childrens,
i will stop eating chocolate from now…….f**k them and this
world….this is sad….
A True Heroe.
This is tough to watch. If you are eating chocolate then you are the
source of the problem. I’m not a chocolate eater, but I am sure there are
other things that I do that lead to exploitation of the poor. I think you
need to reflect on what it is that you truly need and whether or not you
can reduce your footprint.
Really appreciate the work done by the team to bring out tge bitter and
dark truth.
nestle needs to get off their duff and harvest their own chocolate!
DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS, AND YOU WILL SEE HOW FAST IT WILL BE
SOLVE… DID YOU SEE HOW THEY OWN THE LAW AT THE END!
google fair trade chocolate so you can buy direct from adult farmers
Really Thanks for making such highly risky documentary and efforts which
you have given to show reality of coca industry situation…
This short film has given the clear idea about world of dark chocolate with
the dark black future of child labor and these highly capitalist industries
are believe to be concentrating more towards generating more & more
revenue and not ready to accept the real time condition. Shame on these all
leading industries those who are not ready to act against the child labor
problem and same time shame to government of Costa Rica who is not willing
to clear its vision on illegal trafficking and child labor.
the last part is bad ass.. like a boss..!! hope nestle and other company
will learn now
This is ultra-capitalism, and it will never get better. People make money,
disregarding all consequences, for everyone, including, in the extend,
themselves. The only solution is the move away, and fast, from an
capitalistic monetary world system, and walk forward to an resource based
economy. That is why the Zeigeist Movement, TZM, does exist. If you don’t
know about it, look it up, and do humanity a favor. We can make this world
better, if we understand how.

The companies don’t give a damn about child labor; all they care about is
there billions. And that is exactly what ultra capitalism is. (If you like
that, have fun with it. But what human being in his right mind, can accept
such horrors ? And this is only a small part of the big picture.)
4 people were hangry couldnt find there snickers so they disliked this
video
I saw the documantairy. Very good work you did. Big compliments what you
did….
What a disgrace! What the hell is wrong with the world!
This is one of most saddest documentary I have ever seen and Everyone is
involved in it. How can we help these Children ?
Nestle, Kraft, Cargill, ADM, MARS, Barry Callebaut. Specially Nestle and
Kraft… i will avoid their products as much as i can. Buying products from
this company will only worsen the situation.
this is so sad and tough to watch 🙁
should we eat chocolate …..
Pls stop the child labour ……
We need to wake up…the time of blindness and ignorance should stop!
These situations are largely due to the lack of economic development in
Africa. Do we really want chocolate this cheap?
It’s really heartbreaking sigh….
