The product has a nice amount of vitamins and minerals to help you have more energy throughout the day. This product last a long time open, but I seldomly let it sit. I usually finished with it in two weeks. You get a great value for your money and it mixes very well just make sure to add an extra scoop or two if you prefer an extra chocolatey flavor. The recommended amount is good as well. It just depends on what flavor content you want. For best flavor use with full fat milk.
