    My family and I are always a fan of Lindt Chocolate, decided to purchase 2 due to its X'mas packaging and lovely milky chocolates (red) in it. However, when I received the items, it was in bad shape (referring to the box) and not really suitable and presentable for gift.

    hope Amazon can work on this and brush up on presentation (packaging)
