    When you purchase mints that are expensive to begin with, it is a big disappointment when they arrive melted and broken. Then, you find out there is no way to return the item. What a waste of money. I am extremely disappointed and at this point will never buy anything from this seller and or JELLY BELLY. If you don't back your overpriced item, and then expect the customer to just deal with it, it makes me very skeptical in purchasing on line. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.

    The candy itself was good, but unfortunately the package was delivered before it was supposed to be, and sat in the sun for a while before I could get it, so half the bag was melted. I put them in the freezer and they tasted fine.

    I was impressed with quick arrival of this item. I was excited to add it to a Christmas gift I needed to get mailed off. Upon opening the bubble envelope it was mailed in, I saw many broken pieces of candy. The hard outer shell of the mints was broken on many of the balls. It was very obvious through the clear window on the package. Very disappointed as I wanted it for a gift.

    I was so disappointed when I received these mints. While they are very good, I evidently did not pay attention to the size. $10.00 for a 6 ounce bag is just way overpriced for these and I needed much more than this for the wedding reception I needed them for. Luckily, I found a restaurant food supply store nearby that had a 3 pound, 9 ounce package of Richardardson dinner mints for the same price. Nobody likes to get ripped off.
