Ingredients

Chocolate digestive biscuits also are available, coated on one side with milk, dark or white chocolate. Originally produced by McVitie's in 1925 as the Chocolate Homewheat Digestive, other recent varieties include the basic biscuit with chocolate shavings throughout (chocolate 'chips' within the biscuit mix), or a layer of caramel, mint chocolate, orange-flavoured chocolate[7] or plain chocolate.

Value not bad, cheaper than your local Brit imperium store but still pretty expensive for Short expiry date, 6 weeks remaining. Biscuits are stuck together as you can see from the images. Tried for a refund but say this item not legible for refunds after I hit the refund request. Guess I’m stuck with. them. Not the real McCoy, but close enough, not bad.

    These biscuits are just right for an afternoon pick up with a cuppa. My husband is now addicted to them, so I order multiple packages My only complaint is that sometimes the ends of the stacks are somewhat crumbled due to rough handling. I would like it if they could pack the 6 pack with a little more than just the big plastic air pillows (like go around them with some bubble wrap & tape it.) Otherwise these are are our top favorite treat.

    These are the same digestive cookies (biscuits) that we loved in the UK. They are great with milk or tea. They are tasty, but not overly sweet. This variety of McVities digestives has a milk chocolate coating on the top and that makes them special. Although my order of a six pack of the digestives came all the way from Scotland they arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition--no broken ones at all. I plan to reorder these. The price is much better than I have found in our local import store.

    I love these, have tried the Hobnobs, Chocolate and plain ones and they are all delicious. They are crispy, I don't like chewy cookies, and they help if you have a little indigestion. There are sometimes some crumbs in the packages, and I save them in a container and use them to sprinkle on yogurt or ice cream. So don't sweat the crumbs...embrace them! :o) There to good to waste even a tiny bit of crumbs. Amazon has the best price that I have found so far.

    In one word, YUMMY! McVities milk chocolate digestives are my FAVORITE cookie in the world. My mother was from England, and so, I've had these before, and knew how wonderful they are. They are not too sweet, but, just right. And they are very rich. The only problem is that I can't stop eating them! I am addicted to them. They don't sell them anywhere around my area, so I order them from Amazon.com. Amazon is WONDERFUL! They shipped quickly and were very fresh.

    McVitties Milk Chocolate Digestives are usually delicious biscuits. Unfortunately, the biscuits in my order came completely melted and fused together into a hard log. If you think it’s simply a matter of splitting them apart with a knife, think again. When I tried to pry any of biscuits apart, they shattered into chunks and crumbs. The packaging seemed fine, so this could be a storage problem or an issue in transit. This is not the way to enjoy these treats. I am extremely disappointed.
