    I had been having a wildly strong craving for chocolate covered macademia nuts and Hawaiian Host is known as one of the best companies for those so I purchased these ones.
    The chocolate and macadamia nuts tasted good enough, not great. I would say that they were somewhat fresh but not very fresh.
    They were not melted. This makes sense because it’s cold weather this time of year. So, they looked good and the size of the nuts with chocolate was a good deal for the cost so that’s good.
    The packaging is always good with them.

    I had been disappointed with other chocolate covered macadamias that turned out to just be small pieces. These are whole nuts in two clusters, covered in chocolate. They are very good. The boxes have a generous double layer of a total of 28 clusters. The nuts are fresh and the candy tastes out of this world delicious.

    I normally do not purchase items with vanillin (artificial vanilla flavoring) but it does not impact the quality of taste in this product. I also think the price would be far higher if using real vanilla. For a macadamia product of this high quality, this 2 pack is an excellent bargain.
