Poor Wrapping
I love this candy as a treat, however, when ordered from Amazon, at least half of the candy I had to throw away because it was hardly wrapped. The wrappers were inside out, half on and half off. It is very difficult to take photos of the way each piece was wrapped, but when the candy part is exposed, I'm not eating it. And they were so sticky on the outside of the wrapping that each piece stuck to another. And some pieces had NO wrapping at all. I could post many more photos, but they all start to look the same after awhile. This would have to be the manufacturers fault I would think. Maybe something went wrong with their wrapping machines, but then the outcome shouldn't be sold. I will go back to Walgreen's and purchase Nips there. Bummer.

    At least I love the chocolate parfait ones. Nips and Cadbury Eclairs are about the only candy I ever treat myself to. The former are more like hard candy and the latter are chewier. Both are amazing though with the surprise in the center. For a long time I've been able to find them locally at the Family Dollar but not so much anymore. I'm glad I can get them on Amazon when I need that fix.

    I cannot believe they are being discontinued. I take them with me when I travel and always have some in my backpack. I am really sad. Why stop making the best flavor. I have tried the others and they do not compare. At 30 calories each and it lasting for several minutes, these make a great low calorie snack. I have been getting them for years. The grandkids now have realized I always have a few in my handbag and ask for one. I had one more box in my pantry and was going to take it as a surprise for my grandsons who live in another country. Now I am tempted to keep and savor the last ones.

    Good Carmel flavor and good chocolate filling. As a warning, I would not give these to small children or people with dentures or who are worried about accidentally pulling out dental or orthodontia work. These things really stick to your teeth, which I personally enjoy because it is part of the experience and makes them last a long time. The ones with no filling take significantly longer to eat if you are looking for a good long lasting hard candy. I prefer these because I really like chocolate.
