These really live up to their name! It is so difficult for those of us who try to eat healthy to find a dessert we love that we can eat without guilt. These have no genetically-modified enriched vitamins and minerals and no toxic industrial seed oils ("vegetable oils"). They are natural "Junior Mints" with only THREE ingredients and I find the bitterness of the thin dark chocolate outer crust a perfect pairing with the creamy raw white honey inside, flavored with a touch of natural peppermint oil. They are a bit expensive but well worth it! I live in hot, sunny Florida, and they have always come in good shape and not melted.
