    Really glad I got this with Kindle Unlimited and didn't buy it. I read maybe a quarter of the book and returned it to Amazon in 10 minutes. The book reads as though English is not the author's first language. The instructions are not always very clear, and seemed to be aimed at people with experience in making chocolates and truffles. Definitely not for beginners.

    Also, a large portion of the recipes call for cookies or making cake, so it's not gluten free friendly.
