    This product has always been one of my favorite treats during the holidays. It was delivered promptly a couple weeks ago in its original package. I opened the box, unwrapped one, and noticed the dark chocolate had a distinct white coating. I tried it anyway. The taste was unrecognizable and in general, awful. The packaging was not damaged so IMO, the product was either expired (no exp date on the pkg) or exposed to extreme temps either before or during shipment. The worse news is that the product is not eligible for return or replacement. I will try the chat feature to try and get resolution for this unsatisfactory product. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you're planning to buy this product!

    Update - I was provided a full refund for the product!
