First pic is what was advertised. Second pic was what I received. Not the same and very little dark chocolate. I have to watch what I say as “A” censored my last review of this product, I did not use any profanity only told the truth but apparently that isn’t allowed now days. So I’ll simply say I didn’t like the product. I wouldn’t buy it again. Amazon does not offer a refund on this product and the number on the container “If you’re not completely satisfied with this ***** product, your money will be refunded.” did not get me a refund, only the run around.

    Super delicious variety of chocolates! Purchased this clear tub of Kirkland (a Costco brand) of international goodies on Amazon simply to not have to fight my way in and then back out of Costco. I bought these same signature treats last year for stocking stuffers and this year, decided, I'd treat myself and guests by have them out in candy dishes throughout the house and it has brought a lot of smiles to this year's holiday season.
    There are (9) nine variations of chocolates:
    "Malty Milk Truffle"
    "Dark Chocolate w/Grand Marnier" (one of my favs)
    "Milk Chocolate Pistachio"
    "Dark Chocolate Irish Creme" (one of my favs)
    "Dark Chocolate Gingerbread"
    "Milk Chocolate Mocha"
    "Milk Chocolate Kahlua"
    "Milk Chocolate Truffle"
    "Dark Chocolate Ganache"

    Whether you gift the entire container or open and put them out individually, you will find they are very well made chocolates. The confections themselves are done very well (no mushed or broken chocolates!) and the foil wrapping must be done by hand, as each one is like a wonderfully wrapped gift for your taste buds.
    Its a full 2 lbs of chocolates from Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Mexico, Switzerland and the US and works out to about 69-70 pieces per container. For the price and excellent quality, it is very, very easy to give this a 5 star rating. Two pounds of any premium chocolates would cost considerably more! Use your Amazon Prime membership and its at your door in two days.. truly sweet deal :-)

    my hubby and I loved these chocolates... our adult son did not.. he tried the kaluha one and well he just is not much of a drinker. after that he declined trying any of the others. .and hey it's good chocolate so we did not try to persuade him otherwise- you don't waste good chocolate!! we bought these to add to gift baskets.. but of course we had to try them. the container had exp. date clearly stamped on it.. it has a guide on the side for what each pc is. as the candy wrappers themselves are hard to read - they are quite shiny. which is nice for adding to gift baskets, but not so much for reading. none of the chocolates tasted cheap to me.. creamy and smooth. there were roughly 70 pcs in the container. I do not have a Costco near me and I have never seen these in our local wal mart. so this was a nice purchase price for us for gift giving. we may even treat ourselves again at valentines day!

    These are great! All sorts of flavors, very delicious. Was getting tired of Lindt and Ghirardelli, which is all I can get without entering an actual store. Which for pandemic reasons I am not doing. These are very nice. Had originally ordered for a Christmas stocking for husband, but that order went missing in the voting/Christmas rush and I was refunded. Tried again and am glad I did. Will definitely order again. Cannot comment on all the flavors as I am trying to avoid eating them all at once, but so far they are all really good, melt in your mouth yummy. They do have labels on each so you can avoid one if there is something you don't like. I like all flavors so no worries there.

    I gotta say, I just wanted to try a whole mess of chocolates from a few other countries and wasn't disappointed. They even have one that has a coffee flavor to it (I hate coffee) and I even enjoyed that one. The one from Germany probably my favorite with the Mexican Hot Chocolate next.

    However, I don't know what Baron Chocolaties is doing in Poland but that was the nastiest piece of chocolate I've ever tried. Emptied the box to get them all out and toss those away. Apparently a pear flavor for the inside? I mean, sure, it's probably just my taste buds for that but, ew, ha...can't like everything I suppose.

    Overall, I still really enjoy the assortment and the 2 pounds of it will last for quite awhile.

    It does actually expire next month, so not a whole lot of time for it, however, what people don't fully realize is that chocolate doesn't really expire just as long as it's kept right. Meaning just store in normal conditions or in the fridge. People a bit too sensitive if they are unwilling to eat chocolate with some bloom on it.

    I had purchased these (quite a few times) last year during the holiday season and every single flavor was delightful and the chocolate itself was nice.
    However, there definitely seems to be a quality difference this year. Some flavors are good, the Kahlua and dark chocolate is fantastic. The Key lime tastes more like marzipan honestly, but still not bad.
    However, the crispy rice one...terrible. has an electrical taste to them. I tried a couple to make sure one wasnt a fluke but i have to throw the rest (and most of the container, as it was the most abundant flavor) away. The Snickerdoodle one also tastes like throw up almost. acidic and gross.
    This will probably be the only one I purchase this season, unfortunately.

    Bought these to sprinkle into my mom's Christmas stocking. I was excited about the variety, and wanted to try one of each before passing them on to her (I love a good piece of chocolate!). After each successive piece pulled from the container and sampled, I urged myself to try "just one more," as surely, I thought, they could not ALL be as bad as whichever flavors I had tried up to that point. Each type had a heavily artificially-flavored quality to them, or some sort of jelly-like goo stuffed into the middle, or some crisco-esque "truffle" filling. If I was lucky, some combination of the three. I found TWO chocolates that were palatable, and of those two, I had a total of four individual chocolates that I felt unembarrassed about presenting to the woman that birthed me. Out of the entire container. NOT good. And certainly not something I would ever want to represent my feelings towards someone. I suggest you spring for better quality, as you will find little in this product.
