    I used to own a Baskin-Robbins, and the hot fudge topping we used was J Hungerford Smith. Pricey, but worth it if you are a fudge topping aficionado. Made a lot of Jamoca Almond Fudge pies, Banana Split pies, etc., but the best was an ice cream/chocolate cake log roll with the JHS fudge topping spread on it.
