    I make my own clean chocolate at home and and wanted an easy way to portion it. This did the trick and as a bonus the chocolates look great now. It does not make a large amount of chocolate so if you do make a lot, I would suggest buying multiples.

    I was taught how to make chocolates with a hard shell rather than a silicone. I dont think I will go back to silicone again, it is hard to pound the air bubbles out of the chocolate with the silicone mold. I also had a hard time removing the excess chocolate from the top of the mold without the mold bending - making the bottoms look messy. This also would sometimes move the edges of the mold before the chocolate was set causing matte streaking rather than shiny. The ease of popping the chocolates out of the mold was nice but thats the only positive thing I can say about this product.

    This is the perfect size chocolate mold. I use it for making raw chocolates and to limit my intake. The chocolates don't just fall out of this mold like they do the plastic ones. You have to push them out by pushing the mold inside out.
