They are not easily obtainable, so I ordered them on Amazon in bulk where they were later shipped and arrived in great condition. They are worth waiting for!

Sadly they got a little melted on the trip to Florida, but I expected that. Tossed them in the fridge for a day and they were good to go.     For some reason, the milk-chocolate Hob-Nobs are easy to find in New York City, but the dark chocolate variety doesn't seem to exist here, so I buy them on Amazon. These are my favorite cookies--tasty but not too sweet. If they had pecans in them, I'd probably eat nothing else and weigh 700 lbs. As it is, I have to exercise the utmost self-control to keep from eating the whole shipment as soon as it arrives.
