We love this product, for real. The issue is, one of the reasons I can justify paying a premium price for it is having the cool cocoa tin after we use all of the cocoa. I realize that this is an issue with the seller, and not with the product, but I’m pretty sad that I’ve paid 16 dollars for a product and won’t even have a cool tin for the money. I can’t figure out how to reach the seller at this time, but will continue to try and will update my review if my issue is resolved.

    The reason I’m not going with 5 stars is the packaging! The tin was nearly impossible to open, and because there’s a lip on the top edge of the tin, it’s even harder to get a grip on the lid, which came screwed on so tightly I worried it was glued shut.
    In the end it took an old fashioned metal jar opener to finally get the lid off!
    Once I could actually get to it, the hot chocolate mix was wonderful. It smells amazing and makes a great cup of hot chocolate.
    The tin is super cute, but be prepared to get out your toolbox to open it!
