    Founded in Los Angeles, CA in 1968, our family’s natural aluminum bakeware became the standard for commercial bakeries, chefs, and private labels for many of the leading brands and distributors around the world.

    Where are we now?

    A Pacific Northwest company since 2006, we operate with the same family vision passed down through three generations. We combined the best materials and design to craft the ideal baking surface with our anodized aluminum bakeware.

    I have a lot of fat daddio molds, and they tend to be great. Strong magnets, high quality mold with a great finish. My transfers turned out amazing. My only critique in this case if the shape itself. If you're looking for a deep heart shape that will look amazing and crisp when foiled, this might not be the best option. It's a very subtle heart shaped top. Otherwise, it's a beautiful mold, of the highest quality.

      I love this mold. It is very sturdy and the magnets are strong enough that nothing leaks out. I purchased the edible transfer sheets, cut them to size and made candies. I filled the candies with caramel, orange cream, peppermint cream and maple/walnut filling. Even for my first time using something like this, they were fantastic and looked very professional.

      My chocolates turn out beautifully every time. Use this with a transfer sheet. I have been cutting strips that fit the rows of hearts so I dont waste so much of the transfer paper. A little time consuming but when on a budget..... The only slight disappointment is that the hearts are not particularly well defined, but other than that, awesome.
