- Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2014This book has recipes I've made and everyone loves and enjoys. I have to compliment the author for the well organized book. Great table of contents, arranged into the following: truffles, bars, brownies, biscotti, cheesecake, cookies, balls/bonbons, breads, cupcakes, drinks, mousse, muffins, puddings, sauces, pretzels, candies, fillings, fondues, frosting, fruits, glazes. There are no pictures, but the recipes are easy enough. Recommend.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2014The recipes are really good but in many of them the directions are mixed up. In one of them one part of the major ingredients was left out
- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2014Awesome recipes. Love the fact that they are right at my fingertips on my Kindle Fire as well. With the Kindle Fire it has great pictures to show you what it should look like as well. Lots of the recipes are with ingredients you normally have in your kitchen already.

2.0 out of 5 stars this is an old cake and biscuit book
I didn't want a book of old recipes for cakes and biscuits, I expected them, but I thought it would also contain recipes to make your own chocolate from scratch and it only had truffle recipes using store bought chocolate.

5.0 out of 5 stars Schokoladen Bibel für Profis
The Bible of Chocolate: 500 Chocolate Recipes to Die For
