I needed this for my chocolate strawberry project and its smooth and has a Damn good taste! It is kinda thicker that the white chocolate wafers and melts well in the microwave w 10-30s intervals. Use an airtight container, baking soda, & paper towels. if you don’t want your berries to sweat, and let them come back to room temp bc the packaging I used was cute but my berries suffered from severe condensation. Overall I would definitely recommend! Best chocolate on a budget!

    I love using these for every baking project! They melt no fuss. You can eat them right out of the bag haha. I have made chocolate covered fruit, chocolate lollipops, cakepops, cheesecake drizzle. The temperament is amazing! Even once you refrigerate it, it becomes solid again so you can save the left overs if you didn't get it contaminated. If you serve chocolate covered fruit for example it won't melt immediately after you set it out. One of my favorites. I always get great compliments. If you love baking be a6ure to try these.
