This collection is our traditional and most well-known gift and features all 10 of our award winning flavors. To make them, we infuse true herbs and spices into fresh cream, such as just-picked backyard mint or fresh youthful ginger from the island of Molokai in Hawaii. The infused cream is then heated and poured in excess of amazingly complex Valrhona milk or dark chocolate and mixed right up until a super creamy ganache is attained. The ganache is then poured into a frame, permitted to set for 48 hrs, and minimize into one particular and a quarter inch squares. Last but not least, each delicate square is enrobed in a thin layer of 62% dark Valrhona chocolate and marked by hand with a fork. These chocolates put us on the map way back in 2003 when they were featured on the cover of Gourmet Magazine and declared to be their \"preferred chocolates\". The assortment hasn\'t transformed a bit and stays our most well-liked present.
