This is not an American marshmallow, it's polish marshmallow which technically isn't a marshmallow, the exact translation is bird's milk, which is very fluffy, very light, not too sweet (rather very subtle milky sweet taste of "marshmallow"). The consistency is something between a foam and mousse. It is coverved in chocolate, which makes a bite of it a perfect experience of a crunch of chocolate and moussy, fluffy, milky inside. Perfection.
